Everything was brand-new, great location adjacent to Mystic and waterfront and other activities in southeast Connecticut, really amazing experience. The personnel were very helpful and amicable and made us feel welcome.

Fragrance plug-ins in the units are overpowering!!! Guests sensitive to smells might find it uncomfortable, so offering an alternative like essential oil diffusers might be a great idea!!! Rates could be more flexible during off-peak times!!!

Harbor View Landing was an amazing gem! We loved the bluff house upstairs 2-bedroom apartment with kitchenette-it was like our home away from home. The staff, especially Deb, were super helpful and quick to accommodate our requests. The grounds were pristine, and the apartment was clean with comfy beds. The addition of yard games, firepits, and even a complimentary bottle of wine.

The price might be high for longer stays.

Cozy cottage, beautiful views, we enjoyed the fine harbor views from our patio and the convenience of the complimentary Nespresso machine in the well-equipped kitchen.

We had an very nice stay! The views from our room's balcony were amazing, and the complimentary coffee machine made mornings even better. Only drawback was the train tracks nearby. they were a little noisy, but it didn't ruin our time. I'd definitely come back!

The hotel features a cozy atmosphere with amenities like solo fire pits, corn hole, and immaculate cleanliness. I appreciated the small fridge and the complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The nearby outdoor chairs allowed for pleasant evenings overlooking the water.

The proximity to train tracks may be a slight inconvenience for some guests.

The studio with a sea view provided a fine spot for watching the sunrise by the fire pit. Communication with the friendly hosts was seamless, and the decor of the studio was charming. The absence of larger coffee mugs and a slight noise from nearby traffic detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. A wider selection of herbal teas would enhance the cozy atmosphere.
